Can I close or delete my account?
Yes, you can delete your MeetThaiLove account at any time. Please note that deleting your account is typically a permanent action. Once deleted, your profile, messages, photos, and other data are usually removed and cannot be recovered.
To delete your account you must log in, click on your avatar/user name in the top right, click on settings, then Delete Account.
What to do if I forgot my password?
You can reset the passport by visit the login page and on the login screen:
- Click the “Forgot Password” link.
- Provide the email address associated with your MeetThaiLove account.
- You’ll receive an email with instructions to reset your password. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
- Click the link in the email and follow the prompts to set a new password.
What types of photos are allowed on my profile?
To help keep MeetThaiLove safe and welcoming for everyone, please follow these simple photo rules:
